Methods and Materials: This semi-experimental study employed a pre-test–post-test control group design with a two-month follow-up. The statistical population included elementary school boys in Tabriz, from which 60 children with ADHD symptoms were selected via purposive sampling and randomly assigned to three groups (play therapy, storytelling therapy, and control), each with 20 participants. Research instruments included the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF) and the Wechsler Verbal Memory Scale. The interventions consisted of 10 weekly sessions of cognitive-behavioral play therapy and 7 sessions of educational storytelling. Data were analyzed using multivariate ANCOVA and Bonferroni and Tukey post-hoc tests. Findings: The results indicated that group had a significant effect on executive functions (F = 21.08, p = 0.0001, η² = 0.42) and verbal memory (F = 12.26, p = 0.0001, η² = 0.30). Post-hoc tests showed significant differences between both intervention groups and the control group, but no statistically significant difference was found between the two interventions (p &gt; 0.05). Conclusion: The findings suggest that both play therapy and storytelling therapy are effective in improving executive functions and verbal memory in children with ADHD and can be incorporated into school-based and therapeutic interventions.</p> <p> </p> <p>هدف: هدف این پژوهش، مقایسه اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی و قصه‌درمانی بر کارکردهای اجرایی و حافظه کلامی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی (ADHD) بود. مواد و روش‌ها: طرح پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان پسر مقطع ابتدایی شهر تبریز بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند ۶۰ نفر دارای علائم ADHD انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در سه گروه ۲۰ نفره شامل گروه بازی‌درمانی، گروه قصه‌درمانی و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه کارکردهای اجرایی بریف و آزمون حافظه کلامی وکسلر بود. مداخله شامل ۱۰ جلسه هفتگی بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر رویکرد شناختی-رفتاری و ۷ جلسه قصه‌درمانی آموزشی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و آزمون‌های تعقیبی بونفرونی و توکی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر گروه بر کارکردهای اجرایی (F = 21.08, p = 0.0001, η² = 0.42) و حافظه کلامی (F = 12.26, p = 0.0001, η² = 0.30) معنادار بود. آزمون‌های تعقیبی نشان دادند که هر دو مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری داشتند، ولی تفاوت بین بازی‌درمانی و قصه‌درمانی از لحاظ آماری معنادار نبود (p &gt; 0.05). نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که هر دو مداخله بازی‌درمانی و قصه‌درمانی می‌توانند به‌طور مؤثر موجب بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی و حافظه کلامی کودکان مبتلا به ADHD شوند، و می‌توان از آن‌ها در مداخلات مدرسه‌محور و درمانی بهره گرفت.</p> <p> </p> https://www.quarterlyecp.com/index.php/ecp/article/download/181/160
