فصلنامه روانشناسی تجربی و شناختی 3 تابستان 1405 1405 04 01 Examining the Relationship Between Family-of-Origin Functioning and Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) in Adolescents: The Mediating Role of Psychological Flexibility بررسی رابطه‌ی عملکرد خانواده مبدأ با نقش واسطه‌ای انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی و رفتارهای خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی (NSSI) در نوجوانان 1 17 FA نیره السادات سعادتمند گروه مشاوره، دانشگاه فرهنگیان، تهران، ایران زهرا خزائی کارشناسی ارشد مشاوره خانواده، دانشکده علوم اجتماعی، دانشگاه رازی، کرمانشاه، ایران Journal Article <p><strong>Objective:</strong> This study aimed to examine the relationship between family functioning and adolescents’ non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors, considering psychological flexibility as a mediating variable.</p> <p><strong>Methods and Materials: </strong>This research adopted a descriptive–correlational design. The statistical population consisted of adolescents aged 12–18 years in Hasanabad Fashafouyeh during 2023, from which 150 eligible participants were selected using multistage cluster sampling. Data were collected using the Inventory of Statements About Self-Injury (ISAS), the McMaster Family Assessment Device (FAD-60), and a standardized Psychological Flexibility questionnaire. Descriptive analyses were conducted using SPSS, while confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were performed using AMOS version 26.</p> <p><strong>Findings: </strong>Structural equation modeling indicated that family functioning components—specifically roles, problem solving, and emotional expression—had significant effects on psychological flexibility (p &lt; .05). Psychological flexibility, in turn, showed a significant negative effect on NSSI behaviors (p &lt; .001). Both the direct effects of family functioning on NSSI and the indirect effects mediated by psychological flexibility were statistically significant. Model fit indices (CFI, IFI, RMSEA, and CMIN/DF) confirmed an acceptable to good fit of the proposed model.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The findings suggest that adolescents raised in families with healthier functioning demonstrate higher psychological flexibility, which is associated with a lower likelihood of engaging in non-suicidal self-injury. Strengthening family functioning and enhancing psychological flexibility may therefore represent effective preventive and interventional strategies to reduce NSSI among adolescents.</p> <p><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه‌ی عملکرد خانواده با رفتارهای خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی در نوجوانان با در نظر گرفتن نقش واسطه‌ای انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی بود.</p> <p><strong>مواد و روش: </strong>پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی–همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری آن کلیه نوجوانان ۱۲ تا ۱۸ سال شهر حسن‌آباد فشافویه در سال ۱۴۰۲ را شامل می‌شد. نمونه‌ای به حجم ۱۵۰ نفر از نوجوانان واجد شرایط به روش خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل سیاهه خودآسیب‌رسانی بدون قصد خودکشی (ISAS)، پرسشنامه سنجش عملکرد خانواده مک‌مستر (FAD-60) و پرسشنامه استاندارد انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS در بخش توصیفی و نرم‌افزار AMOS نسخه 26 در بخش استنباطی، از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.</p> <p><strong>یافته‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong><strong> </strong>نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های نقش‌ها، حل مسئله و ابراز عواطف در عملکرد خانواده اثر معناداری بر انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی دارند (05/0&gt;P). همچنین انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی اثر منفی و معناداری بر رفتارهای خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی نشان داد (001/0&gt;P). مسیرهای مستقیم عملکرد خانواده به رفتارهای NSSI و مسیرهای غیرمستقیم از طریق انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی نیز معنادار بودند و شاخص‌های برازش مدل حاکی از برازش مطلوب الگوی پیشنهادی بود.</p> <p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>:</strong><strong> </strong>یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که عملکرد مطلوب خانواده با افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی نوجوانان همراه است و این عامل می‌تواند به‌طور معناداری احتمال بروز رفتارهای خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی را کاهش دهد؛ بنابراین، مداخلات خانواده‌محور و برنامه‌های تقویت انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی می‌توانند نقش مؤثری در پیشگیری از NSSI در نوجوانان ایفا کنند.</p> https://www.quarterlyecp.com/index.php/ecp/article/download/352/226
