The study population included all radiology technicians working in medical centers in Hamedan City in 2026. Participants were selected through purposive and convenience sampling, and sampling continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. A total of 21 radiology technicians participated in the study. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding procedures. MAXQDA version 10 software was used for data management and analysis.</p> <p><strong>Findings: </strong>The findings revealed that the occupational challenges of radiology technicians could be categorized into four major dimensions: organizational and managerial challenges, educational challenges, socio-cultural challenges, and physical and psychological health challenges. In the organizational and managerial dimension, weak managerial support, inadequate budgeting, low income, poor technological infrastructure, and limited career advancement opportunities were identified as the most significant challenges. In the educational dimension, deficiencies in curriculum design, lack of appropriate educational standards, limited training courses, and the gap between theoretical education and practical work environments were highlighted. In the socio-cultural dimension, negative societal attitudes toward radiology technicians and underestimation of their professional role emerged as major findings. Furthermore, in the physical and psychological health dimension, radiation exposure, occupational burnout, sleep disturbances, stress, and chronic fatigue were reported as major concerns.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The findings demonstrated that radiology technicians face multidimensional and interconnected occupational challenges that may negatively affect their health, professional motivation, and work performance; therefore, improving their occupational conditions requires simultaneous attention to managerial, educational, welfare, socio-cultural, and occupational health factors.</p> <p><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تبیین چالش‌های شغلی تکنسین‌های رادیولوژی شاغل در مراکز درمانی شهر همدان با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی بود.</p> <p><strong>مواد و روش: </strong>این پژوهش از نوع کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی تکنسین‌های رادیولوژی شاغل در مراکز درمانی شهر همدان در سال 1404 بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند و نمونه‌گیری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. در مجموع، 21 نفر از تکنسین‌های رادیولوژی در پژوهش شرکت کردند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شد و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت. همچنین برای مدیریت و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA نسخه 10 استفاده شد.</p> <p><strong>یافته‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong><strong> </strong>یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که چالش‌های شغلی تکنسین‌های رادیولوژی در چهار بعد اصلی شامل چالش‌های سازمانی و مدیریتی، آموزشی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی، و سلامت جسمانی و روانی قابل طبقه‌بندی است. در بعد سازمانی و مدیریتی، ضعف حمایت مدیریتی، کمبود بودجه، پایین بودن درآمد، ضعف زیرساخت‌های فناوری و محدودیت فرصت‌های ارتقای شغلی به عنوان مهم‌ترین چالش‌ها شناسایی شد. در بعد آموزشی، ضعف برنامه‌های درسی، نبود استانداردهای آموزشی مناسب، کمبود دوره‌های آموزشی و فاصله میان آموزش نظری و محیط واقعی کار مطرح گردید. در بعد فرهنگی و اجتماعی، نگرش منفی جامعه نسبت به حرفه تکنسین‌های رادیولوژی و کم‌اهمیت تلقی شدن نقش آنان از مهم‌ترین یافته‌ها بود. همچنین در بعد سلامت جسمانی و روانی، مشکلات ناشی از تماس با اشعه، فرسودگی شغلی، اختلالات خواب، استرس و خستگی مزمن گزارش شد.</p> <p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>:</strong><strong> </strong>نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تکنسین‌های رادیولوژی با مجموعه‌ای از چالش‌های چندبعدی و درهم‌تنیده مواجه هستند که می‌تواند بر سلامت، انگیزه شغلی و کیفیت عملکرد حرفه‌ای آنان تأثیرگذار باشد؛ بنابراین بهبود شرایط شغلی این گروه نیازمند توجه هم‌زمان به ابعاد مدیریتی، آموزشی، رفاهی، فرهنگی و سلامت شغلی است.</p> https://www.quarterlyecp.com/index.php/ecp/article/download/417/334
