اثربخشی بسته توانمندسازی مبتنی بر روایتدرمانی با تلفیق آموزههای مثنوی بر خودشفقتورزی دانشجویان قربانی آزارگری مجازی

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی بسته توانمندسازی مبتنی بر روایتدرمانی تلفیقشده با آموزههای مثنوی بر خودشفقتورزی دانشجویان قربانی آزارگری مجازی بود.
مواد و روش: این پژوهش با رویکرد ترکیبی در دو مرحله کیفی و کمی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، بسته توانمندسازی با استفاده از سنتز پژوهی و تحلیل مضمون بر اساس روایتدرمانی طراحی گردید. در بخش کمی، از طرح شبهآزمایشی پیشآزمون–پسآزمون با گروه گواه و پیگیری دوماهه استفاده شد. نمونه شامل ۳۰ دانشجوی قربانی آزارگری مجازی بود که بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه قربانیشدن سایبری و مقیاس خودشفقتورزی بود. گروه آزمایش در ۱۰ جلسه ۹۰ دقیقهای مداخله شرکت کرد و دادهها با تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس نشان داد که اثر تعامل زمان و گروه بر خودشفقتورزی معنادار است (p<0.05)، بهطوریکه افزایش معناداری در نمرات خودشفقتورزی گروه آزمایش در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری نسبت به پیشآزمون مشاهده شد، در حالی که در گروه کنترل تغییر معناداری وجود نداشت. همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی نشان داد تفاوت بین پیشآزمون با پسآزمون و پیگیری در گروه آزمایش معنادار بوده و اثر مداخله در طول زمان پایدار مانده است.
نتیجهگیری: بسته توانمندسازی مبتنی بر روایتدرمانی همراه با آموزههای مثنوی، مداخلهای مؤثر در ارتقای خودشفقتورزی دانشجویان قربانی آزارگری مجازی است و میتواند بهعنوان رویکردی فرهنگی–روانشناختی در مراکز مشاوره دانشگاهی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
