تبیین مدل ساختاری پیشبینی همدلی بر اساس منزلت اجتماعی، فردگرایی و جمعگرایی افقی–عمودی با میانجیگری ذهنیسازی در درمانگران حوزه سلامت روان

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی برازش مدل ساختاری پیشبینی همدلی بر اساس منزلت اجتماعی و ابعاد فردگرایی/جمعگرایی افقی–عمودی با نقش میانجی ذهنیسازی در درمانگران حوزه سلامت روان بود.
مواد و روش: این مطالعه از نوع بنیادی و با روش توصیفی–همبستگی مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 991 درمانگر عضو سازمان نظام روانشناسی تهران بود که 280 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی نظاممند انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از مقیاس همدلی جولیف و فارینگتون، پرسشنامه فردگرایی/جمعگرایی افقی–عمودی، پرسشنامه ذهنیسازی فوناگی و ابزار محققساخته منزلت اجتماعی جمعآوری و با روشهای توصیفی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد منزلت اجتماعی (β=0.47, p<0.001)، فردگرایی/جمعگرایی افقی–عمودی (β=0.45, p<0.001) و ذهنیسازی (β=0.36, p<0.001) اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری بر همدلی دارند. همچنین منزلت اجتماعی (β=0.52, p<0.001) و فردگرایی/جمعگرایی (β=0.58, p<0.001) بر ذهنیسازی اثر مثبت داشتند. اثرات غیرمستقیم از طریق ذهنیسازی نیز معنادار بود (B=0.114, p=0.008؛ B=0.128, p=0.021). شاخصهای برازش نشاندهنده برازش مطلوب مدل بودند.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد ترکیب عوامل اجتماعی–فرهنگی با ظرفیت ذهنیسازی نقش کلیدی در ارتقای همدلی درمانگران دارد و میتواند مبنایی برای طراحی مداخلات آموزشی و حرفهای در حوزه سلامت روان فراهم آورد.
