اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر تنظیم هیجانی، تعادل عاطفی و هوش سیال ماهر دانشآموزان پسر دارای اختلال نقص توجه دوره دوم ابتدایی شهر تهران

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر تنظیم هیجانی، تعادل عاطفی و هوش سیال دانشآموزان پسر دارای اختلال نقص توجه دوره دوم ابتدایی شهر تهران انجام شد.
مواد و روش: روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون–پسآزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری سهماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشآموزان پسر دارای اختلال نقص توجه دوره دوم ابتدایی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1404–1405 بود که از میان آنان 30 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان کودکان و نوجوانان جان و گراس (2004)، مقیاس تعادل عاطفی دینر و همکاران (2010)، آزمون هوش سیال ماهر و پرسشنامه اختلال نقص توجه سعادتی شامیر و زحمتکش (1403) بود. گروه آزمایش طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای آموزش تنظیم هیجان را دریافت کرد و دادهها در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری جمعآوری شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر نشان داد آموزش تنظیم هیجان تأثیر معناداری بر افزایش ارزیابی مجدد و کاهش فرونشانی هیجانی دانشآموزان دارای اختلال نقص توجه داشت (001/0>p). همچنین تفاوت معناداری بین گروهها در تعادل عاطفی مشاهده شد و میانگین نمرات تعادل عاطفی در گروه آزمایش در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری بهبود یافت. یافتهها همچنین نشان داد آموزش تنظیم هیجان موجب افزایش معنادار هوش سیال در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل شده و این اثر در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار باقی مانده است.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، آموزش تنظیم هیجان میتواند بهعنوان مداخلهای مؤثر در بهبود تنظیم هیجانی، ایجاد تعادل عاطفی و افزایش هوش سیال دانشآموزان دارای اختلال نقص توجه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این رویکرد با تقویت مهارتهای شناختی و هیجانی، زمینه ارتقای عملکرد تحصیلی و سازگاری روانشناختی این دانشآموزان را فراهم میکند.
