تدوین بسته آموزشی «من شایسته» و مقایسه اثربخشی آن با آموزش حرمت خود بر ذهنیت رشد و پشتکار کودکان

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین و اعتباریابی بسته آموزشی «من شایسته» و مقایسه اثربخشی آن با آموزش حرمت خود بر ذهنیت رشد و پشتکار دانشآموزان ۱۰ تا ۱۲ ساله انجام شد.
مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع ترکیبی اکتشافی بود. در بخش کیفی، بسته آموزشی «من شایسته» با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای قیاسی مبتنی بر ۳۵ منبع علمی و نظر ۸ متخصص روانشناسی کودک و تربیتی تدوین و روایی محتوایی آن با استفاده از نسبت روایی محتوایی و شاخص روایی محتوایی بررسی شد. در بخش کمی، از طرح نیمهآزمایشی پیشآزمون–پسآزمون–پیگیری دوماهه با گروه گواه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل دانشآموزان دوره دوم ابتدایی شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۴–۱۴۰۳ بود. تعداد ۶۰ دانشآموز انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در سه گروه ۲۰ نفری «من شایسته»، «حرمت خود» و گواه گمارده شدند. گروههای آزمایش طی هشت جلسه هفتگی آموزش دریافت کردند. دادهها با پرسشنامه کنجکاوی و اکتشاف و پرسشنامه پایداری و پشتکار کودکان جمعآوری و با تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر آمیخته و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در SPSS-27 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: اثر گروه بر ذهنیت رشد معنادار بود (F=6.488, p=.003, η²=.185) و تعامل زمان×گروه نیز معنادار به دست آمد (F=25.227, p=.001, η²=.470). مقایسههای بونفرونی نشان داد گروه «من شایسته» در ذهنیت رشد بهطور معناداری با گروه حرمت خود (p=.020) و گروه گواه (p=.002) تفاوت داشت، اما تفاوت حرمت خود و گواه معنادار نبود (p=.292). همچنین اثر گروه بر پشتکار معنادار بود (F=4.312, p=.018, η²=.131) و تعامل زمان×گروه نیز معنادار بود (F=98.194, p=.001, η²=.775). هر دو مداخله در مقایسه با گروه گواه موجب بهبود معنادار پشتکار شدند (بهترتیب p=.035 و p=.049)، اما تفاوت دو مداخله با یکدیگر معنادار نبود.
نتیجهگیری: بسته آموزشی «من شایسته» میتواند مداخلهای مؤثر برای ارتقای ذهنیت رشد و پشتکار کودکان باشد و در بهبود ذهنیت رشد نسبت به آموزش حرمت خود برتری نشان میدهد؛ بااینحال، هر دو مداخله در ارتقای پشتکار مؤثر هستند.
